Tvrďák - competition also for firefighters

Our friends asked us to publish information about the event Tvrdak Slovakia, which also has a category for Firefighters and Paramedics.

Tvrdak is a competition in running at 5 km or more, where you have to overcome various obstacles. You are running, crawling, lifting heavy objects. Test your endurance, strength and stamina. Compete on time, or you can just run at your own pace. Choose whether you will take the chalenge solo or in a team (minimum of 3). And if you want try Tvrdak in a suit and entertain yourself and the others.
